Role Overview:
This position leads talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives for a large agency within the State of Indiana. You will serve as the subject matter expert in these areas by providing high-level strategic planning and incorporating best practices in recruiting, sourcing, and selection. You will collaborate with agency partners and leadership teams. You will be responsible for training the Field HR team and agency employees on best practices regarding aspects of Talent Acquisition. This position will formulate and implement new solutions to achieve goals set out by internal and external executive management for agency and statewide initiatives. As a senior-level team member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will achieve your goals through exemplary consultation with your customer agency. This position will require some in-state, same-day travel.
Salary:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $75,010.00, but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
